MCG
At the MCG is such a huge stadium that it hold 100,027 people at least which is around twice the size ofEden park.
Something different at Mitcham than cockle bay
At Mitcham in there assemblies they have awards for student and Aussie of the month which I thought was really cool.
Thank you
I would like to thank all the teachers who came on this trip and made it all possible for us to have this amazing opportunity you all are awesome. Sorry no photo.
My host family
I stayed with the most amazing family who was Nicole (mum) Colin (dad) Aidan, Carter and Renee they were very friendly and I was so relaxed and become part of the family very quickly and made myself at home. They also had two dogs milly and Toby who I did try to bring home but didn't fit in my suit case.
They wanted me to stay longer and have invited me back in the near future as they would love to show me round Melbourne REALLY THEY LOVED ME and offered to keep me and send one of there boys back here.
Best trip ever
I had a great time in Melbourne enjoyed the plane ride and got to watch the Lego movie had a very yummy breakfast. I arrived at the airport to see a sigh held by Aidan with my name and we had to travel and hour back to there house and settled in nicely. This is me and Aidan with his sign which I got to bring home.
My gifts
I had such a great family and they gave me a gift which I love . I got a special edition 2014 Australian coin collection and a rubics cube as this what they enjoy playing with and Carter can do the whole cube in 49 seconds and I can't even do one side of a colour so I will keep trying.
Mitcham primary
We got to spend 3 days at the school which was really cool I got to spend time in two different classes as I had Aidan and carter my home stays and made some really good friends.
Fitzroy gardens
On Thursday we also went to the Fitzroy Gardens which is very cool we saw a fairy tree and a miniature village and some amazing gardens. Also Cooks Cottage.
My Favourite Part of Mitcham
The thing I enjoyed most on my holiday was going to the Carribean Markets with Krish's family. I liked the bungy trampoline because I could bounce very high and I could even do a double back flip!
My gifts
The Fogarty gave me some gifts.
I was very grateful!
Here is what I got.
Some snacks.
My Koala teddy.
My Owl notebook.
Some pencils with rubbers on them.
All of the pencils have a flower pattern.
There is a green, blue and pink.
The pink pencil has a Chinese doll type rubber.
The blue pencil has a Peacock rubber.
The green pencil has a Owl rubber.
The last thing I got was a bookmark that I think is very cute!
It is a boomeran with two koalas engraved on it.
Hanging of it is a piece of ribbon and attached to that ribbon is a wooden koala bear.
Thank you to my family that I stayed with for getting me all of these wonderful, pretty and yummy things!
